I got a wireless inkjet printer from Safe National of America two months ago. I got really bummed because the printer has a few blots on the print. Thats just too much of an epic fail! The printer I purchased was returned and we agreed on a refund of course. But the thing is, it took two weeks before they actually made a move. I had to make a few calls, had to sign some stuffs. It was entirely dragging. If thats what they boast of good service, then I should say thats totally bad customer service.
