It's now official. Conair has the worst costumer service I have ever encountered.
My husband purchased a WW scale (model WW 78) at Target this evening... Even thought the box clearly states on both the front and the back "long life batteries included, " there were no batteries in the box. I called Conair customer support telephone number around 5 pm this evening and talked to, "Bernie". His not so helpful response? Yeah, we don't do that anymore. No apology for the incontinence, no offer to send the missing 4 AAA batteries, just told me to return it to the store.
If I can't depend on the company to help with when there is a problem with THEIR product, then there is no point in buying the product.
I truly don't understand why a company should be allowed to print in their box, " batteries included, " and then not include them!
