My wife and I started a small retail business. And we have been saving up money to install a wireless security camera into our store for added security measures. So we purchased one from this company and have them shipped. It just so happened that it was not the description we ordered. They delivered a wired security camera that is totally useless for us. All the wires defeat our purpose. I then have to call the company about it. The deal was technically clear, how could they have missed out on important details such as that. The next delivery was a bit late too.
