I obtained a statement in mid-November for 1,687.46 from verizon wireless.
While what I owed was 187.00, when calling verizon about that bill, all-they were thinking about was obtaining their cash and never assisting me using the problem at hand. Which was that there is 549 calls designed to 411 on my phone-line, many of them created mult occasions in the same time. Again all-they were worried about was obtaining their money. I settled the bill, talked to some customer support owner who submitted a discrepance with 411 and created a scheduled appointment to obtain back again to me so we're able to staighten this out, which NO BODY actually called me back. Isnot that the same as verizon, just thinking about the almighty dollar and never their customers. We've been clients since 1995, never having any issues how frustrating is that this
