Requested an LG Machine and Dryer on December 16th simply because they weren't available locally. They did not appear until December 8th. The shipping person insisted we signal for them without permitting people to start the packages to check on for problems. When the packages were exposed, we found the whole right-side of the dryer was damaged in. The dryer drum rubs along side it when operating. I named customer support instantly plus they needed images. I delivered 10 images via mail and also have not noticed back since that will be over 48 hours to date. I called again after twenty four hours and was informed the person I had a need to talk to had been eliminated for that evening (at 1 pm) with a really rude individual. After I reported this individual boasted in my experience about their BBB score. UGH!!! I eventually quit and named LG. They've organized to get a technician in the future out-right away. I'll NOT conduct business with AJ Madison again. I want I'd have looked for grievances before making this purchase from their website.
