Fraud on my Credit Card

I put order for telephone with charge card online, overview confirmed as rejected. After I take a look at my balance, confirmed they debited bill twice. I talked with Lender of America repetition they mentioned the deal DID move thru, resources to Tracfone (which possesses Straightalk) I spoke to Straightalk Repetition she stated watts/e purchase # my purchase didn't proceed thru, that will be not the case!
