On 9-8-10 My 15 yr old son ask if he could get the curve 8330 instead of school clothes, against my better judgement I agreed. Therefore we called tech-support to be able to discover what to complete. This isn't reasonable I don't have cash to-go out and get another telephone.increase/Rim must recognize their goods. Today I'm out-of $279 having a telephone my boy can't use.
