Customer service attitude at corporate level

It was my experience when trying to get satisfaction from LG directly for an appliance repair issue, that they would not listen. They would not even talk about a compromise or some other way to give us satisfaction. Had it not been for the salesperson at our local appliance store who persisted in contacting LG executives, we could not have achieved the successful results he did.
