I purchased a 32" LG LCD TV from them on a Sunday. The very next Sunday I tried to return it. I never took it out of the box yet they claimed I had. Ended up charging me a 15% restocking fee. Manager belittled my Salesman right out in the open and was too cowardly to talk to me directly. Very Unprofessional. Never again will I shop there!
