CECI international
Alias: Carlos Grey Professional rip-off over 8 month period

Our company has done business with CECI on august.
We have placed several small orders of aproximately usd 8000, -,
(which we received) until we placed a larger order of usd 20000, -
and never receive the goods we ordered.

Our last order was placed on march 5th.
CECI's remark is that the goods were confiscated by customs, but doesn't want to send other goods.
