I bought a Cendyne 52x24x52 Internal IDE CD-RW Drive for PC on July 4 with a $30 rebate. I mailed in the info, but I haven't recieved my rebate check yet. I mailed the info on July, 17, which was before the postmarked date. I e-mailed Fry's about two months ago and was e-mailed back that we sent in the info later than what the due date was supposed to be.
Then, I went to Fry's Electronics in Fremont and I asked to speak with the manager there, but a sales representative told us that the manager wasn't available to speak to me and she told me to try and sent the copy of the info in again. So, then I sent a copy of the info to the address where I was supposed to sent my info to and I haven't been contacted by them. What unhelpful sales representatives!!! What cold-hearted, unanswering rebate requests, and dishonest business people!!!
