I have the same story... 2 guys in a van selling premium speakers for cheap. They claimed they were from toledo and worked at acoustics engineering. They had ohio plates and acoustics engineering is a real business, but I doubt these losers really work there. The strange thing is that a similar situation occured about 8 months ago in Kalamazoo, MI. I'm not sure if they were Dogg speakers as well, but it was the same story only I didn't have money to rip off that time. I'm sure these guys are breaking at least a few laws, such as false advertising or just straight up lying, but how are they going to be caught if noone knows about this until they have been ripped off??? Someone must know were the speakers are made and be able to track down the 'masterminds' behind this scam. I actually feel like the speakers are worth what I paid... But I sure as hell didn't get the deal I thought I was getting and thats the only thing that talked me into buying them in the first place, right?
