Wendy, carry, suzie I am a disabled grandmother, I bought a mp3 player for my grandsons 18th birthday! It did not work! I returned it it costs me another $10.00 I called them 8 times and got the run around. 3months late

I am a disabled grandmother, I purchased a mp3player for my grandsons 18th birthday! It did not work so i sent it back for a refund or repacement. I live on a fixed income! It cost me another $10.00 just to return it. I have called many times and got the run around! It has been 3 months still not even a phone call this company is a disgrace!!! My advice to the public? Do Not buy from this company.
