I contacted the website to send me out two mailer envelopes with prepaid shipping in order to send this company my six phones as per our agreement. I was never contacted about my phones. I was never sent a check for my phones. I have and will continue to repeatedly send emails to customer service with not one single reply. I have made a formal complaint to the US Postal Service reguarding this occurence. I sent my phones in May. I have given every possible benefit of the doubt. I hope the issue can be resolved soon.
