No one will talk to me there

I requested two costly lighting accessories from their store totaling $587.64 that alot to invest online. I first delivered them a mail requesting a tracking number. 1 week later however no reaction and so I named. I established about the telephone for 45 minute. Wating for many one to answer. No chance. I've today named five times but still havent spoken to anyone there. I desputed the deal with pay-PAL two nights before but still havent herd anything from their website. Dont get from their website.
