I ordered a picture in motion (waterfall with light to give the illusion of moving water & sound) which I recieved April 20. I mounted the picture in my office on April 23 and on April 29 the light went out on the picture rendering it useless.
I sent Kinetic Pictures and email requesting to exchange or return the picture. I actually wanted to just exchange it. They did not respond. I tried their 1800 number and a message indicated that number was not available from my area.
I went back to their website and found a fax number and sent a fax on 5/19/10. They did not respond.
I emailed them again. They did not respond. I have reported them to the better business bureau.
