I too am a victim of Kinetic Pictures. I have been trying to deal with them for over a year now. They initially responded to my e-mails and told me that everything would be taken care of shortly. Then I was completely cut off and have not heard anything from them in over a year. It started in January. I ordered a Sunset Beach motion and sound picture, Large. During shipping the item was damaged as it arrived in my city. The shipping company returned the item and made the remarks in their report. I waited to get confirmation of a reshipment, but nothing for weeks. I then e-mailed Kinetic Pictures to get an update. They made all kinds of excuses about not knowing of the situation and said I would be compensated shortly. Over the next few weeks, nothing from the company. I decided to e-mail again and call. The e-mail went unresponded and their phone number told me that I could not reach them from this number, same when I tried from other numbers. I tried filing a claim through paypal and fedex but it was too late for paypal and fedex claimed that I was not authorized to make the claim, that it was Kinetic Pictures responsibility. I then filed a report with the BBB and Kinetic Picture found a loop hole around their claim with a lame response. The claim was closed, Kinetic Picture e-mailed me and told me that they were a respectable company and would handle my situation promptly, again. That was months ago. I am still sitting, one and a half years later from original order, to have this issue resolved. I am unemployed and tried to get them to understand the importance of my refund. I hope that someone can finally get through to them and set them straight.
