Circuit city warranty repair co. Failure to do in warranty repairs in a timely fashion and no followup

I have beentrying for nearly a month now to get in warranty repairs to my hewlett packard desktop computer, the first technician came out ordered a motherboard and never came back the second technician fro another repai co came out said i needed a new harddrive and ordered it supposedly. Ten days later all i can get in the way of information is that my harddrive is coming. This all started on 9th of april and i am still waiting on anybody to show up and do repairs it is currently may 3rd and i am coming up on 1 month no repair
