Fry's Electronics Warranty/Nuisance - lenovo y560 & warranty

I just went to frys to get a lenovo y560 which was on sale for about 850,950 after taxes and stuff. I went to frys because of their lowest price guaranteed and because my dad is the cheapy kind, online price was 1400 so it seemed pretty good to me. When we got there everything seemed nice, huge store with lots of high end stuff. When we got to the laptop/notebook section, we had an employee approach and assist us on the laptop of interest. Everything was fine and he definitely knew his laptops but then all of a sudden we told him we wanted it... All hell breaks loose, from civilized to passive aggression. It went into the warranty business... So basically theres the 1 year that comes with it, and theres the 2 and 3 year. It was amazing how hard he tried to push for the 3 year one. After minutes after minutes of saying no, and even not talking (just staring and trying to turn to walk away) he kept talking and talking and pushing hard for that dam warranty, trying to say things you could baby it all you like, it could break and crap like that and comparing warranty to car insurance and so on. Is this how frys teaches their employees? After the long period of warranty debate, he told us the laptop would be at the cashier when we were done shopping, it was pretty sad that my dad and i had to follow after him (fast stealthy ninja status) because of fear that he might slam the laptop or something... It might have just been us, but its pathetic for the company either way that we both would think that. So apparantly employees get paid based on what they can sell. And apparantly the top dogs dont give a dam how they make that sale. So in conclusion, im going to tell everyone the low price doesnt come without a price, you should probably already research what you want to buy because false advertisement and dishonestly is pretty prevalent. You should be sure you want to buy that item because returning it could be the very face of satan. And you have to hope the product is not already broken since employees obviously dont care and like i said returns are hell, their tactic is to move you around the store or departments until you wear out and die or they realize they cant break you, you should bring like a lawyer or something during fry's returns. Frys has the most horrible customer experience in all known corporations and even though they know it, the sad part is they dont care, they want $, let us stop them. If you want to buy something, go elsewhere, costco has the best customer service in my experience, sometimes they even take returns after warranty with no questions ask. The only downside is they dont have the top top of the line stuff, usually just average stuff. Ya so anyways DONT GO TO FRYS unless you are dam broke, have nowhere else to turn, and are willing to assume all risks this hell presents.
