The company will initially communicate with you that you item has been shipped by their "drop shipper." However, when tracking information is requested the company immediately becomes unresponsive.

The company states that they are located in Harrisburg, PA. However the e-mail address of the person who claimed the E-bay PayPal gift certificate is a. Gr address. The guy is in Germany.
