HANGFENG WU I purchased a samsung cell phone lcd part from them. They sent me the part, i installed it and it wouldnt work. So i cotacted them, they said return it and they will replace. I returned it and waited

I purchased a cell phone part from gadgettown on ebay. I recieved part and installed in cell phone. The part after installing wouldnt work i contacted Hangfeng wu and he said they will replace.

So i sent back insmall flat rate box usps. I wait two weeks he tells me he never recieved
