I bought a warranty with Option Home Guarantee. I submitted a state on the washer. A specialist arrived a few times later and mentioned the machine required an entire change. Option refused the state declaring the machine had an “unknown pre-existing condition”.
Upon studying this I told them there is no requirement for them to recognize the state. Obviously we misunderstood each other’s motives, I believed Option would consider the fear out-of being truly a property owner and Option should have believed I had been not likely to document a state. I continued to express that continuing the connection didn't seem like it had been in possibly events greatest interest. I expected to get a reimbursement of my income. The leading range representative informed she couldn't do this along with a supervisor would need to contact me within 24 hours. Once the boss talked with me he charged me of scam among other activities. He explained didn't find a way to stop an insurance policy and that I would need to watch for a payment boss to make contact with me within twenty four hours; two nights later I've not obtained that phone. After I named to back again to request a boss I had been informed this one could be in contact in twenty four hours (I observe this happening).
I've called my charge card organization to challenge the cost and that I have approached a lawyer. It only should not be this difficult.
Invest your money elsewhere.
