Have now been waiting more than 2 1/2 mos. To get a replacement camera that their customer support representatives stated might consider 3 months to obtain. I've named numerous occasions to no avail but to become regularly lied to and provided the run-around. I actually named their headquarters and talked towards the individual who is allegedly responsible for their customer support department. And he gave me an unacceptable following range! If your supervisor at headquarters treats the customer in this way, it is no surprise the repetitions do exactly the same! I submitted a problem using the Nj BBB and discovered that by the day of the publishing, the corporation comes with an "Y" score!!! No surprise! The corporation must be uncovered and ceased from their dishonest business methods. Please feel liberated to contact me when you have had an identical encounter with this particular organization. I'd prefer to collect just as much data from those who have, and reveal the corporation due to their dishonest methods and hopefully get justic for this patients who've needed to cope with their deceitfulness!
