Inoperable apps, $for inadequate/malfunctioning services, $ for ins., still cost$50.00 after a year for a $60.00 replacement & they used the back from the damaged phone!

Overcharged @ several occasions, faulty apps. Never reimbursed for, paid for svcs.@full price & they worked 50% of the time;no credit/reimbersment to date...!!!
