Requested components to get a rug cleaner on 1/13/10.By however, never received them. Visited site (no quantity to contact!) and they are under new possession along with a pop up screen to people who requested before Feb. 13 (ME!) aren't obtaining their purchases! Plus they are NOT refunding the cash, since the prior operator is broke! Good, eh? Therefore the individuals who allegedly got over possession (I believe it is the same individual, having a new title) won't recognize the requests placed before they bought the website. It is a fraud! They truly are PHONY! Steer clear!!
