At Platinum Wireless the customer is always wrong!

About 2 weeks ago I had a "repair" done at Platinum wireless. They replaced the body of my phone and the one they replaced it with was defective - it didnt work. They seem to have no quality control or checking system as they did the swap and handed the phone back to me without making sure it worked properly. Within a few days of picking up the phone I called them and told them the "9" key was sticking and barely worked. I politely requested that they order a new phone body so that I wouldn't have to make two trips into thier facility to get their defective "repair" corrected.
Instead of apologizing for Platinum Wireless' poor "repair" and lack of quality control, and assisting me, the person on the phone rudely told me that it wasnt possible because they have to check to make sure I haven't dropped my phone in water causing the problem. When I told him that they were not at risk by ordering the part as they would have my phone to inspect prior to the exchange; and that I didnt appreciate their total disrespect of me and my time - without a word, he hung up the phone on me!
I called back and asked for the manager of the store who identified himself as Giuliu Montalto.instead of apologizing for the faulty repair and his rude tech, he told me that his tech acted properly! He told me that the tech claimed I had sworn at him therefore he hung up - which was a LIE.
When I told Giuliu that it was not true that I was in the room with a business associate when the call was placed who had confirmed that I didn't swear or act improperly, Giuliu claimed that they had a second tech listening in on the conversation who heard me swear (another lie).
I called Sprint and reported the improper "repair" and the rude treatment by Platinum Wireless. They apologized for the rude treatment and sent out a new phone that day (seems that the claim by Platinum wireless that sprint will not ship a phone prior to inspection is yet another lie). Sprint did a great job of providing me with quality customer service! I will never set foot in Platinum wireless again! They are rude, tell lies, perform poor quality service work and they make it very clear that their customer service policy at platinum wireless is: that the customer is always wrong!
Beware of platinum wireless and their rude service people, they have no respect for customers or the customer's time...
There are so many alternatives, why would you ever patronize a business that you know only wants your money, doesnt care about you at all and furthermore doesn't know how to do quality repair work???
