Platinum Security refused to repair work that they did not complete when the security system was installed.instead I was told to pay for the repairs myself and then wait three weeks before someone could come out and do it. When I asked to cancel the contract I was told I would be charged 80% of what they considered was left on the contract and if I did not pay they would ruin my credit.
They also told me that if I wanted to stop having payments taken directly from out of my account I would have to pay them $50 to send me invoices. This company is the lowest of low and will do everything they can to keep you under their rule. It took three months for them to get the address right when I called because of an emergency.
Lastly, the customer service rep told me that if I got someone else to sign up for Platinum they would not charge me to get out of the contact. So I guess I need to find someone I don't like and stick them with this company.
