I'm a truck driver, i was pulling out of a parking spot of the travel america in albert lea mn. Yesturday march 9th about 1pm. A white van pulled up next to me pretty fast and asked me if i would be interested in a sound system and invited me to take a look.
I never answered but they had stopped and one guy jumped out and had the cargo van door open before i knew it, so i stepped out and looked in, as i looked they talked about how these were extra or over ordered units, i think they said they had 8 extra and had sold one to a driver for 400.00 right over there and looked off in the direction of the parking lot.
They went into how much they sell for (2000.00) and being i had never heard of the brand i was instantly not interested, but i never carry cash anyway, it helps to not buy anything without thinking about it.
They said they were looking to basically give them away very cheap, when i said i don't any cash anyway they mentioned an atm machine, when i said no thanks they said how about 200.00 and i started walking away they even went as low as 100.00
I was barely one foot on the trucks lower step and they were gone, i noticed how as other trucks pulled in that they did'nt seem interested in asking anyone else, they just made for the exit and were gone.
