I saw you website and read a report someone wrote, on Oan Services the exact thing happened to me. Oan Services is a billing service for Integrated Services. I actually called them several consecutive times yesterday. All I got was someone saying they would call me back.
This morning I received a phone call from a very irrate woman with a very b... Tone of voice. She actually screamed at me. Whenever I tried to interupt her to ask questions.
I told her I never received services or a phone please STOP billing my phone company VERIZON.
The first bill was for $72. And the next bills were for $20.55... Cont.
Verizon said that they could re-route the charges to Oan Services and that it could possibly stop!!! But it hasnt yet.
