After many months of calling Mr. Water Filter and never getting a reaction possibly via phone or via the "help solution" program on the site, I eventually approached the distributer, Sprite for help. Sprite could contact Mr. Water Filter and that I ultimately obtained the filter. I'd positioned the purchase in March and lastly obtained the filter in December. The system didn't match and that I approached Mr. WaterFilter again to create preparations to get a return. I had been supplied with a return authorization rule and shipped the filter via USPS. The cargo was established but I've by however not obtained a reimbursement, as guaranteed. I've repeated approached Mr. WaterFilter and also have not obtained an answer to some of my inquires.
Mr. Water Filter has atleast 15 grievances against his organization via BBB of Texas.
