I recently purchased a Healthmaster blender and waiting for delivery. I have some questions on the high shipping charges. So, I called their customer service line. After being on hold for 20 minutes I decided to follow the call back option per the directions on the voicemail message. I received a call back about 10 minutes later. The problem was, my telephone rang two times and when I picked it up the call was gone. This meant I lost my place in the queue! I called back and all lines were busy and they instructed me to call back later. How frustrating! I hope this is NOT a prelude to how the blender will perform. It sure looks great on television. I have a 60 day guarantee or my money back, according to Montel's infomercial. I am hoping for the best. This item was not cheap!
