I have had cricket service for 3 months and it's been a real pain. The service rep. That sold me the phone gave me the wrong service and I had to go back to the store to get things straight he conned me by makng me bridge a payment instead of correcting the problem. I had to return once again another rep. Claimed to clear up the problem and once again my service was interrupted. I called customer service which cannot do anything at all and constantly hung up on me. I'm done with cricket.
