I have a two year old Epson 9400 fax, copier, and scanner. I don't use it very often since I have a Epson copier. Today I attempted to make a copy of a report but only some faint lines came out. Went through the nozzle check, nozzle cleaning three times to to avail. Never have I experienced such poor performance of a fax or copier. There are other issues such as a poorly formatted menu to accomplish certain tasks. I would never buy another Epson product. They are manufacturing "junk" only to sell grossly overpriced ink! Where are the ethics that once dominated our American companies?
