Let, s make this very simple, if you order from tv they will put a hold on you account if debt even though they do not tell you, for those of you that use crdeit of course you would not see a charge. I have the money, but the principle of the lie through off. It took 2 days, 7 chat sessions, and i hour on hold with billing to have the money put back in my account. I may try a retailer and buy hte product to give it a shot. I thing i do not get from you guys, why get majic jack and still pay for land line. I do not see you saving money. Most land line that i know give you all the features as majic jack. I you call abroad, i guess i could understand. Jupiter jack is a rip off too, cannot wait til i get to reveiws
