Bought a radio headset for xbox 360 console. Came damaged, wouldn't cost. Wouldn't switch on. Named Customer Website to determine when they may help, the client support point is just a voice-mail, no body to talk to. Named Customer Website again and dialed the sales office. A salesman called Billy responded, he advised me the customer support division is “out to lunch”, is very overcome, also it may be sometime before they return to me. After I requested to talk to a supervisor, I had been educated he was also unavailable. I had been also advised the operator of Customer Website doesn't get telephone calls. After I pushed the salesperson to talk to another person, somebody who might answer some of my concerns, he was kind enough to hold on me. I quickly called back and was educated the only person who may help me was a person support representative called Whitney. I quit a note using the customer support division, and also have yet to get a return phone/mail. Main point here, Customer Website is just a fraud. They'll consider your cash, deliver you a faulty item, and WOn't aid you by any means once they have robbed you. Don't utilize Customer Website actually! Rip-off artists.
