I ordered a nintendo DSI for my son for xmas from the mainone group on dec4 and i still havent recieved it... I sent an email about refunding my 10% percent for using google check out, which they did and then i sent an email regarding the shipping on my item and they sent me an email stating because of all the orders for xmas they werent shipping till the 18th... Then 2 days later i got an email that my item shipped on the 14th and the email came with a fedex tracking number pending. Since then ive sent 2 email and have gotten no response with a tracking number and the phone number they have says the mail box is full and to call back later... Today i called fedex and they have no such records of anything being sent to my address from this rip off of a company... Now i had to rush out today and go to walmart to buy a DSI for my son so he has one for xmas which i really cant afford. I just want my money back!!! And sure dont want this to happen to any more people like myself
