I bought a frigidare front loading washing machine and it was the beginning of the end of my sanity. I have called since July to get it repaired. I bought it had it installed, and the machine will not stay in one place when it spins. I have been scheduled to many times to count on for repair. And when the day comes to get their so called repair companies to come out, they have an emergency, scheduling screw up etc, and have to reschedule. I have rescheduled this 17 times. Is now the week before christmas and it still isnt repaired.
I call their office, get told they cant find anyone sooner, will escalate to another department, they will call you back in 24 hours, a week passes no one returns call, call Frigidare back, and get some guy who cant speak or understand english, who adds to frustration, and again start from scratch. 17 weeks I have had this machine, I paid for extended warrantly and I cant even get it repaired. I have know no choice but to file a law suit against them and the store I bought it from. Maybe then someone from that company might get off their butt and get it fixed.
Warning to anyone wanting to buy one from them, dont, buy from any other manufacturer save yourself the stress and time. It just isnt worth the stress. Never again will i buy a machine made them for that matter any appliance made by them, and i will make sure everyone i come in contact with is told to stay away.
