Warranty fraud dishonest ripoffs

I originally purchased a Kenwood Car stereo. 11 months after installation, it went up in flames. Told to return it to the store for warranty repair, did so and was told after hem hawing around that after inspection, it was ascertained that the stereo was not installed properly, and I should return to Kenwood. Was sent the burned up unit 2 months later. (Too late for Kenwoods repair).
Funny the 'improper install' worked flawlessly for 11 months.

I used to spend tens of thousands at circuit city. They lost all of my future business over a $100 stereo.
