Westside Cellular is the worst online business that I ever dealt with. After placing a order on 11/10 I recieved a notice from USPS that a shipping label was printed out 6 days later. Couldn't track the order until the package was finally taken to ship out another 4 days later - on the day I requested a tracking number by email (unanswered). Paid for Priority Mail at $6.95 - it was shipped first class at $1.92. The product I recieved - a data cable - was not as pictured, nor will it work to connect my phone. Have tried to contact support for tracking numbers, for a refund or exchange - no response. Have tried three different phone numbers - no live person, just a recording. Their statements on their website - Westside Cellular.com and their actual customer service are a mile apart. Not worth the frustration - avoid this company.
