Washer has not worked for three weeks, can get no answers from customer service, service provider cannot tell me anything b/c parts provider will not answer or return phone calls that they have placed. I have made numerous efforts to get answers and the standard response is "We can't tell you anything because your service technician is unavailable." Which is really funny, because I can call the service technician immediately after speaking with LG customer service rep and am able to speak with her.
You would think that I could solve my own problem that way, but that also does me no good because LG parts dept. Has failed to provide my service tech with an order number.
