Our boy requested speakers from their store on 5/11/09 these were shipped by UPS on 5/14/09. Speakers were damaged. Delivered them after processing a state with advantages. Six months of continuous contact by email or telephone. They guaranteed a credit however the products were never available. They guaranteed a reimbursement which never has materialized. They assured they'd solve it a week ago. Today they don't reply my emails. I've submitted grievances using the BBB, State-Of Utah Department of Consumer-Protection and other people I will think about to obtain my kids hard earned cash back.
