Blender Return Refused Without Original Box Despite Receipt

I bought this blender for my kitchen it worked the first time then the second time I used it, it would not work at all. I tried returning it. I even had a my receipt they would not let me have my money back just because i did not have the box it came in. I even asked to speak to the manager and that didn't help either they gave me a phone number to call which is the head of their businesses they take care of she kept telling me i will get a phone call back on this matter and no phone calls came. She even said the store should not have done that but they are avoiding me. So here I am stuck with a broken blender and no money back. I only had the blender for one week.
