Protel communications has cost my business tens of thousands of dollars in lost revenues due to the incompetence of their staff and the lack of quality of their installation.
Thisis the WORST company I have EVER done business with. Every experiencewith this company has been negative... From dealing with their salesstaff, service staff, even the owners of the company.
If I hadto do it over again, I would have paid quadruple to someone else what Ipaid this company to install my phone system. A system of tin cans andstring would be more reliable than the phone system I purchased fromthem.
If you are a business and are considering using thiscompany, please reconsider and save your self a ton of headaches and aton of money.
