Horrible experience

I created lifestyle improvements in Jan which required me producing many 0870 and 0845 calls that have been costly. 3G determined these calls were uncommon for my consideration and assigned my borrowing limit stopping me from producing any more calls. After I requested instore about that I had been informed I'd/might be researched underneath the terrorism regulations as these figures are thought worldwide.

Lengthy fights ensued between me and 3G that have never been solved. I've also elevated criticism that I'd not had view of some of my ebills because the last document statement in Sept/ April before beginnng of March despite numerous efforts to obtain 3G to help me about the phone via the phone call center

I Have requested 3G to stop my agreement like a motion of goodwill, pay me for the tension and upset they've triggered me plus they decline.

Today they will not examine my account with me since I've transformed my name by Action Study and WOn't utilize my prior name however they're pleased to consider funds to pay for my statement, by the 25/03/09, out-of my banking account using my new name but inform me they "can't examine something about your (my) consideration since you (I) have not got any recognition facts for the (my) complete name". Doh! Dual standards or what.

Mr Valji in the owner center stated they "require your (my) complete name because it is" so I offered it to him and he declined to simply accept it and 3G "need notice of one's (my) identification as account owner to simply accept you (me) stating you (I) are rescheduling your immediate money" however they did not require that to consider funds out-of my bill.

I Have had really a bad, cheap support from 3G since March who just appear to need my cash although not my custom.

I've supplied 3G with medical proof to aid my criticism/s against them-and they WOn't actually take them-let alone amit they truly are within the incorrect.

I'd like 3G to deal with me with regard like a client and pay me for the needless stress they've triggered and proceed to cause me.
