Danger.com - Poweredbydanger.com Danger is Breaking their own T.O.S., and being discriminative against me

Ok so here is what i happened. I was on this community site for the t-mobile phone Sidekick called Powered By Danger. This site allows you to post your own picture. I put up a Southpark Halloween picture.

They told me that it was a picture against the admin. It wasn't. Sure he/she might like southpark to and had a similar pic up, but no it was not him/her. It was a mere cop in the pic with a light saber because I like star wars also.

Just because he/she thought that it was them they decided to permanently ban me from the website. I can not even make another account with them. I pay for the danger service on my cell phone so I should have the right to access the site. The site provides useful information about the phone as well as have community discussion.

I can't even get an appeal in because they keep blocking every email and every ip address that I go on the site with. While I did have a working account with this website they wouldn't let me say half of the information that I had to post. They kept deleting it for different reasons not listed in the terms of service.

Also they can't take it into consideration that they ripped off everyone with a sidekick phone because they had a server malfunction that deleted everyone's contacts and over half of everything that was on the phone. The only things that were actually saved were things kept on the memory chip if you had one.

I would appreciate that either my account gets turned on and allow me to change the picture or that I could at least make another account and have it kept on. Furthermore how is anyone suppose to even know what the terms of service are after getting their account activated. There is no place. So if you do not copy and paste it in a text document or print it, then you have no way of knowing what they are if you do not remember.

I don't believe that something as simple as a photo should get me banned permanently from the website.
