Scammed me a total of $1400 USD victimized many consumers tricked and lied to us

I got scammed last june16 by TRAIAN VASILE BALEA from spain, he said he was a dealer of cellular phones, first i ddnt trust him then he told me to send money in western union but didnt give him the mtcn#or the money transfer control number, if the units wont reach me. So i confirmed this with western union and they said yes... The person cant get the money if he doesnt know of the MTCN#

But as it turned out you dont need the mtcn# to get the money... Now he run off with my money about $1,400 USD and please if you are a true cop please do something about this... He gave me an address which is Conde de Aranda 21, zaragoza spain 50003, thank you and God Bless...

If u will try to search for the name traian vasile balea he also scammed other persons and there is a fraud report about him. Please do something about this please? This person must be stopped and also I only got the money from a lending company please let him pay to me the money he has scammed. Please? Thank you and God Bless!
