Please please please dont anyone purchase from this company that obviously goes by many names. The website I ordered from was "Only AT&T eternity". I made the order on Saturday September 05th, today is Wednesday October 14th and the issue is still not resolved.
I placed an order of three items, none of which were on backorder. A cover for my samsung eternity, also a clip, and extra belt clips. They also charged me $5.99 for 3-5 day shipping. My total order was $26.96.
So the following Wednesday i recieved a package. I was surprised it came so quickly. But much to my surprise when i opened it up, only one item was in there... Funny its the cheapest item that I ordered for $3.99 (the extra clips) and I had an invoice from "only phone network". That in itself confused me because thats not the site I ordered from. The invoice stated the other two items i ordered were on backorder, that infuriated me because the website said they were available and ready to be shipped.
So i called the number on the invoice and it seemed as if i was talking to someone out of their home. There wasnt any backround noise or anything ligit. The person told me the items would be shipped by monday. Now that would have been September 14th. So i wait until the end of that week and i make yet another call to someone who tells me the items had not yet come in, and they would "probably" go out the following monday (9/21). Beings that I really wanted these cases and they already took my money, i waited again. Of course by the following week they hadnt come. So i call and demand my money back. The rep tells me 7-10 bus. Days. Come oct 5th still no refund, of which i was expecting about $23.00. Again nothing. So i call this past monday 10-9-09 and freak out. THAT rep, liz, tells me a refund takes 15 business days but she will have the accounting dept rush my refund and it should be refunded in the next 48 hours. So we come to today... And low and behold there is a refund of $9.00. The cost of only one of the items.
I hope this helps someone. I didnt read up on the scam before i ordered from them, and they got me. If i could prevent one person from making the same mistake than ill be happy. Help spread the word
