Bought A - 30" Philips Television from Best Buy in West Dundee approximately 5approximately years back. Earlier this May Television failed, I approached Philips through there customer support, they suggested a Barrettis Aerial & Support in Carol Flow through our zipcode. Barrettis selected this set on May 21, billed us $89 simply to eliminate this collection. Because this collection was no further under guarantee we'd to pay for. Over per month later-after many calls they delivered this Television, stating they'd fixed and changed required components, we settled one more $200-plus for this repars.in of a week this collection failed again (same issue), they acquired on July 2nd. Today after two-plus weeks they claim they're not able to obtain the reqired components (flyback transformer) from Philips otherwise where.in contacting Philips (1-888-744-5477, ref 58CKB) there Customer Support claims this is the method it's, in e mailing Best Buy, they never actually answered, so far as Barrettis we are still awaiting them to contact people with whatever they be prepared to do. We've since bought an upgraded Television (not Philips), our objectives should be returned the cash we've invested up to now which collection delivered to us. So far as Bestbuy or Philips, we shall never obtain another equipment from Bestbuy, and we will certainly never buy a Philips item. But, from both I'd have anticipated an expert customer-friendly perspective, we obtained neither from both.
