We bought a brand new fridge last March and by September it beginning accumulating snow (it is frost-free) and dripping water in the base. I named the GE organization and on August 8th they sent somebody out to "repair" it. He explained he removed a-line out... But by early Sept. It had been performing the same. On Sept. 26th another support consultant arrived to "repair" it. About the 27th, it had been dripping in the base and also the snow has become just starting to develop again!!! On Friday I'll contact AGAIN to inform them-it does the same. To date I've not been billed since it is less a year-old. At what stage, I surprise, do they recognize it's an issue and simply change it???!!!
