We bought an LG French Door Refrigerator 13 weeks before and contains been a frustration since day-one. We've never had a fully-functioning ice-maker. The ice-maker within the doorway first wouldn't distribute ice or water. I'd the fix guy emerge who had been caught by LG. He discovered the auger engine about the ice-maker wasn't functioning. He requested a brand new one it arrived after 10 times so when he visited do the installation unearthed that it had been not the best component. We went another 10 times and also the new component arrived in and was mounted. It ultimately worked but was usually sluggish and difficult to use. We will have no ice-maker at-all it appears after waiting per week to get a technician the engine about the ice-maker itself has become useless. Meanwhile LG needed to deliver somebody out simply because they had a component not doing properly for energy-savings documented towards the government. We will have to hold back atleast another 10 times for that new component for that fridge. LG doesn't worry about support due to their clients as demonstrated in the last year and all of the problems of delivering incorrect components and using forever to deliver them. I'd never purchase another LG equipment or every other item. I'd like a great item with good quick support if required this is really false with something LG.
